Specific use cases for Obsidian, Dendron/Foam, Logseq, and Org-Mode in Doom Emacs.
For fast editing and quick notes, I’ll use Notepad or Notepad++ if I’m working in a GUI, Nano or Nvim if I’m working strictly in a terminal environment.
If you want seamless integration of computational notebooks and programming blocks with your notes, either a workflow with Jupyter notebooks⇒.md files or org-mode would work. I personally like the versatility of using org-mode in Doom Emacs
